Bitchin and Moanin


I have had some suggestions from fellow readers as to how to sleep better. (Thank you!!)

I thought I would let you know what I have tried so far. Unfortunately, none of it is working. 

Case in point : I drank enough Patron Tequila last night to inebriate a small Mexican village. I went to bed at 2:00 am and woke up at 6:00am.

Here's my list

~Large doses of vitamin C -check! Keeps me from getting sick

~B 12 injections - check! Hurts like FUCK, but makes me feel good for a wee bit

~Hitting the gym - check! 3 times a week. Why can't I sleep??

~Eating right - Okay, I am stressed because I am about to move. This area could be better. But,  I DID eat a  pound of greens the other night, and with brown rice for Chrissake!!

~Hang by the water so it can "ease" me into sleep - The friggin beach is right across the street  from me. Makes NO difference. Maybe I should camp there for a night and see if that helps.

~Natural sleep aids like Valerian - Yes. Yes. Yes - No workie

~Not so natural sleep aids like Tylenol PM - Yes. Also, no workie

~Ambien - No, don't have a prescription, but I would take one!!!

~Fucking for a long period of time - As I said, I am stressed. Libido DOWN. But, yes, this will  hopefully be my saving grace. I tried to get Hub to fuck me last night but we have guests (who  are still sleeping, goddammit!) in the next room and he didn't think I could/would be quiet  enough for them to not hear me. He was probably right on that one. Sadie hasn't had an  orgasm  in a week. No way I could have stifled a moan or two.... or three...or twelve.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I will definitely take them into consideration! 

Meanwhile, as Hubby sleeps, I may pull out one of my low profile vibes, hit my spot quickly as only Sadie knows how to do, get off, and try and get some more sleep. Before I have to make breakfast for my guests. Which, I realize now, is probably pretty soon!

alcohol screws up depth and quality of sleep, strange as that sounds. Try five days without, or only one glass of wine. Fucking always makes me sleepy, but then, I'm a guy, so y'all know that already.
